Who are the people that are primarily served?

We serve all people with a focus on schools and communities that have over 50% free and reduced lunch, historically underserved in health/wellness, and/or injustice in healthy food options within a small radius.

What types of programs/services do you offer?

Rooted Entrepreneurs (for high schoolers), Speak and Grow (for elementary schools) and special events and workshops on wellness (yoga and/or nature/gardening) by request.

What are the benefits of yoga?

Yoga can improve flexibility, strength, posture, and reduce stress and anxiety.
